Order Cancellation and Modification
Before Shipping
You can cancel or modify your order at any time before it is shipped.
PayPal or Credit Card Payment: A 5% handling fee will be deducted to cover transaction costs.
Confirmed Payment: A 5-10% handling fee will be charged, depending on the payment provider's fee structure.
After Shipping
If your order has been shipped but is still in transit, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to recall the package, but success is not guaranteed.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
Before returning an item, please contact us at support@evvyo.com.
Unauthorized returns without prior notice will be rejected.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, dislike, etc.):
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Accessories must be properly packaged to avoid damage when returned. Any damage caused by improper packaging is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns due to defects
If your product is defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it:
We will provide a return label and ship a replacement product.
If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
Custom orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once parts or materials have been ordered.
If an order is cancelled after production has begun, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled due to production taking longer than expected.
Installation and Assembly
Once the product is installed, it is deemed accepted unless it is defective.
If you have problems during assembly:
Please contact support@evvyo.com within 7 days and attach clear photos.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a return label and ship a replacement product.
Please note:
Items that have been installed, painted, modified, cracked or scratched cannot be returned.
Items with double-sided tape can only be returned if the protective film has not been removed.
Shipping Damage
If you receive a damaged item, please do not install it.
Please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will replace the item and assist you in filing a shipping damage claim.
If you would like a refund, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Important: We are unable to file damage claims after the product has been installed.
Wrong or Missing Item
If you received the wrong item or the item is missing:
Please contact us at support@evvyo.com within 7 days.
Please include photos of the item you received and your order number.
We will provide a return label and ship the correct item back.
Please inspect the item carefully before installation. Installed items cannot be returned.
Lost Package
Please check your tracking information regularly.
If your package is delayed for more than 7 business days, please contact us immediately.
If there is no tracking update for more than 3 weeks, the package may have been lost and we will file a claim.
If your delivery address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a failed delivery.
Return Address
EVVYO operates multiple warehouses.
Please contact us to get the correct return address for your item.
Items returned to the wrong warehouse may be refused or delayed.
International Orders
EVVYO does not assume or refund VAT, GST, duties, customs fees or any local import fees.
Please make sure you understand the import tax policy of your country before placing an order.
If customs clearance fails, the package is returned or destroyed, all costs and losses are borne by the buyer.
